Fixed the issue, I restarted the print spooler. I also installed the Bonjour Bonjour Print Services for Windows v2.0.2 http://support.apple.com/kb/DL999 It seems to unfreeze any of the office issues. Install the service and it should be good.
Also this helps:
Office Issue
If Windows office or the Devices and Printers folder freeze up when trying to access the please use the following steps that can help prevent and resolve the issue.
1) Open Services.msc by either typing it in the search box of the start menu or using the run program
2) Stop the Print Spooler
3) go to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS and delete the contents of that folder
4) Start the Print Spooler services
This was brought up by Daniel and it works fine.
On a side note you can also start the Bluetooth support services because some reason this is tied up with the devices and printers/office issues of freezing up. With bluetooth support services all you have to do is start it up.
