PowerSchool User Cannot Log In?

A PowerSchool user may report that they cannot log in. Ensure that they are logging in at the correct URL/link, or reset their password.

1. Ensure that PowerSchool user is logging in at the following URLs depending if the person is a school admin, teacher, or parent:

PowerSchool Admins and School Admin Sign-In:
https://archchicago.powerschool.com/admin/

Teacher Sign-In:
https://archchicago.powerschool.com/teachers

Parent Sign-In:
https://archchicago.powerschool.com/public/

School Admin or Teacher:
If the school admin or teacher is already logging in at the correct link, follow Step 2:
2. Log in at https://archchicago.powerschool.com/admin/
3. Locate and select school at top-right
4. Select "Staff" if reseting password for school admin or teacher.
5. Select the letter of the last name of the person.
6. Locate and select school admin or teacher
7. Select "Security Settings" at the left
8. Click the "Admin Access and Roles" tab
9. Reset the "Admin Password" field to "changeme" or "default123"
