I managed to get this Unifi AP working again. It had been not broadcasting any radio signal, despite any powering on/powering off and all settings I could find seemed correct. If I SSH'd into it and typed "iwconfig" + Enter, the wireless cards "wifi0", "ath0", "ath1", and "ath2" were not showing up. I basically followed what is described here: http://community.ubnt.com/t5/UniFi-Wireless/UniFi-AP-SSH-factory-default-commands/td-p/142182 What I did was: 1. Use SSH to remotely log into the AP's command line interface. 2. Perform factory reset by typing the command: "syswrapper.sh restore-default" + Enter 3. Reboot the AP with the command: "reboot" + Enter That should have been it, but I lost contact with the AP; it didn't seem to reboot successfully. I came to St. Hilary and found it powered off, yet plugged in to a working POE. So the final step was: 4. Unplug it for 2 or 3 minutes, then re-plug it (re-plugging it right away didn't cause it to power on). It is now broadcasting again, and everything working. The 4 wireless cards mentioned above are all showing up. Didn't have to re-set the password (admin, peacenow), it was saved despite the "factory reset". Maybe that will help someone if they see a similar issue. Not sure whether the same could have been achieved by holding the Reset button. David
